Once that is done proceed to beat yourself and even cut yourself. Immediately call the police via 911 and say you have been abused and need help right away.
Wouldn't the alleged abuser have blood/DNA/injury to their hands if they really committed the assault? Won't the investigating detective check for those injuries?

on a simple assualt case? hell no. as it is the DNA testing is backloged years.

nto everyone is going to get blood or injure their hands.

Nec pwns DNA testing.

and the point is moot. IF the police do not take DNA for a simple assault charge you aren't getting it latter.
I beg to differ. If I'm arrested my first call is to my attorney with orders for him to subpoena the accuser. I'll get DNA, pics, and whatever other evidence I want/need to vigorously defend myself and prove my innocense.

yeah. pitty more that every department does not have it.

was reading a article in the chicago trib last year about the Death penalty. they were saying IL is something like 5 years behind and most states are 2 years. the best was 6 months behind.

If I'm the accused abuser you can bet your ass my lawyer will get that shit. Then when I'm acquited I'll press charges for filing false charges as well as a civil suit for defamation.

heh good luck.

by the time you get a lawyer DNA has already been washed away etc.

the police are not going to search for DNA on a assault case. not with the DNA testing places being backloged for years and it costing thousands to do.

Have a link to where it says DNA testing is backlogged for years?

Hmmmmmmmmmmm.

"Crime scene evidence is processed within days ? there is no backlog for those tests, Aseltine said. If someone is a suspect, their DNA is quickly processed."

Yet Penaflor remained free for a year and a half because of delays in getting the evidence in his case tested and checked against the massive national database. During that time, prosecutors alleged during his trial last month, he abducted and raped a woman, an 18-year-old who was walking home from school.

State police blame the delay on a massive backlog, as more and more criminals are required by law to submit samples. At last count, the waiting list of DNA samples to be tested at the Hamilton Township lab in Mercer County numbered 57,000.

again do a search. there are more cases where the backlog is causing problems.

though many places are fixing it. one area stoped accepting DNA test until the backlog was cleared. they are also hireing more techs and the methods have gotten better.

Wire your house up with hidden cameras. If she's going to fake an abuse case, she's probably fucking the mailman or something so you might catch her in the act.

This is really something that worries me because women can have something snap in their heads and for no reason out of the blue, something you said about her looking fat 5 years ago will make her homicidal mad and women will do way worse things to guys than a guy will do to a woman. A guy could call his cheating wife a whore when he confronts her, but she will claim he hit her and the guys life is going to be ruined. As just the accusation is enough to make an employer fire you, and then everything runs down hill from there.

If I ever get married and then going to get a divorce, I'm going to have a buddy with my 24x7 so there can be zero chance of getting accused of anything like this.

because everyone has an attorney right, esp one that will answer at 2am.

These are time proven tactics against the ultra wealthy. I someone doubt they didn't think of all these methods....

Also no one is expecting to come home to this kind of thing nor would another submit to being videotaped 24/7.
