Dog Owner Arrested At al-quds Rally

A Jewish named Allan Einstoss man was handcuffed when he showed up at a rally largely by muslims calling for the destruction of Israel. He had an Israeli flag on his dogs neck.

Police said that muslims consider dogs unclean 😕 and that he was being insensitive to the muslims. When a muslim told him he couldn't be there because the dog offends him he told them he had the right to be there. He was then punched in the chest and Allan Einstoss shoved back and immediately after he was arrested by police.

The police arrested him but not the attacker and they were being PC. Freedom of speech was violated here. The protestors were carrying Hezbollah flags and chanting for the destruction of Israel yet this peaceful guy was there with his dog who works with childrens hospitals.


This man had the right to be there with his dog and he shouldn't have been arrested.

Do you agree he had the right to be there and shouldn't have been arrested? And are the police going way too far in censoring freedom of speech and becoming pc?

If this story is true then it's disgusting and I'm glad I live in a country where being insensitive to Muslims is a constitutional right.
 
He asked for trouble when he went there with a flag on his dog in the first place. I have no sympathy for stupid. He knew exactly what was going to happen.

He likely did. But that doesn't change the facts as told. This topic goes well with the policeman who refused muslim babysitter duty. That cop should have been at this rally maybe than the right persons would have been arrested.

This is easy. Canada does not, repeat, NOT have freedom of speech. They, TPTB, in Canada only allow PC speech not free speech.

This is just plain not true. Canada does have legally protected freedom of expression.

The cops in this incident did not act correctly. While they could technically claim they believed he was attempting to incite a riot, this argument would get thrown out of court if they tried to charge him with it.

Assuming you live in the US, read the thread on Dearborn Michigan. Every country can have incidents where the law is applied improperly by the police.

That's just not true. Only PC speech is protected. If you say something that another finds objectionable you may be brought before a speech commission to determine if your speech is deemed "hate" speech and if it is what your punishment will be.

Look it up.

I get what you're trying to get at, but it's flimsy at best. In the most extreme of cases people have been punished for hate speech. To try to imply that 'only PC speech is protected' is simply not true.

What you are suggesting would include what these people were protesting about - and clearly they weren't arrested and dragged in front of a court to determine if it was hate speech.

Go show a boob on NBC (or say fuck) at 3:00pm and tell me again about your freedom of expression.
