For the past two years a dog keeps coming into my backyard,
It shits on the patio,
Pisses on the vegetables
and eats the flowers.

I went to the owner several times and told her to get the scumbag dog off of my damn backyard.

I'm fed up. I live in NJ rite now, and I would like to know if it was legal to shoot it with my paintball gun.

I think if I increase the pressure of the Co2 and shoot it in the forehead, it might kill it or it might scare it so much, it will never come back.

Or does anyone have any other suggestions ?

Thanks.

Call the cops? Call animal control and tell them there's a dangerous looking dog destroying your property!

edit - don't kill the dog....because you don't want to go to jail?

No better place to post this question? Had to join the forum of a PC news and review website to ask this?

I think there are sprays that can be used to ward off dogs, though I don't know how effective they really are.

Not a burn. This site is for PC related stuff. It's odd that the OP's first post is something OT.

He probably got tired of trolling cat boards.

6 foot high privacy fence FTW!!

We're prohibited from fencing our front lawns, but everyone here has fenced back yards. I'd hate to go back to an unsecured back yard...

OP, contact your local animal control. Barring that, you ought to be able to buy some varmint traps over the internts...bait them with bits of steak...then hit the dog's owner in the nuts with one of the baited traps.

Feed him something that gives him the sh*ts.....then when your neighbor calls Stanley Steamer you'll know why.

Having already reported the dog loose to the police before, your neighbors should have gotten a warning. call them again and they will be charged. What? You never reported this to the police. Well, call them.

And yes, I too found it funny that he opened an account here to post this.

Next time the dog comes in your yard run up and come on HIM. It will show him you are not to be trifled with. Then pimp away.

Get some lemon grass, salt, pepper, oil, some chilies, some soy sauce, and rice. Invite over some Vietnamese friends. Yum!
