It seems that people in our office never proof-read their email to IT support. Some examples include:
-"The sender is one of our Clients and I need to know if the nature of her communication.
Thanks!"
-"Good morning,
I have printing. It does not work right. Please help!"
-"Hi
Again problems sending document to Taiwan. This was a return receipt that was requested.
Could make sure the problem in Taiwan. I had 23 of this rejected mail"
My personal favorite is:
"What is happening?"
Nothing else other than the name. No indications as to what he is referring to, information about symptons. programs - nothing.
