The HDD/ODD Tray removed and the whole mess. You see the Scythe Shruiken, The PSU cable had to be bent a bit because it was hitting the heatsink, I opened up the heatshrink tubing it comes with and bent the (something) that it comes soldered to the wire, then put the tubing back on (hack job) and covered it with electrical tape. The motherboard has a nice layout, the only thing I want is one more SATA port since I used up all three (1 SSD, 1 ODD and 1 for the front e-SATA port). The thing that surprised me was that this came with 2 fan headers. Still, I only used one and the 2 Noctua fans you see are running full speed, the HSF fan is also running full speed (I don't much care about noise)
I cut the Tray in half and removed the rear portion because it was being blocked by the Shruiken. Its supposed to look like this
I made it like this.
Here are some angle shots
Exhaust Fans
And standing vertically with case closed, exhaust fans stay on top and they pull air from the bottom side
The bottom side when standing vertically (without stand)
The bottom side when standing vertically (with stand) just sp you see that there is enough space for intake.
System idles at 31C and 34 Watts. Sleep is 1 Watt, Load is 70C and 125 Watts. There are no voltage options on the mobo that I could find. Waiting now for a good Z68 mini-ITX motherboard.
