Ownership of a small amount is legal, as I understand it. It used to be a lot more legal than it is now. We've tried by referendum to decriminalize it back to its former status several times but it never gets a majority vote. It's not really my issue because I'm not a partaker, but I still think it's silly that beer and cigs are legal but pot is not.
 
I got my package at 3:53PM local time today 3/31/2005. Now I'm a pround new owner of an iPod Shuffle. It's charging still, because it takes 4 hours the first time.
