I'm here in the USA, and I have had both Ketchips and milk in a bag here.

Charles Chips sells all kinds of flavored chips in cans, delivered in a fed-ex type truck. They also have salt and vinegar chips, yum-yum.

The prison distributes milk and juice in bags, about 2 liters/bag.
I work in corrections, and from time to time have tried the prison's offerings.

I'm in California and I used to buy the Ketchup and Dill Pickle chips from Charles Chips all the time. I don't know if they still do this but when I was buying them, they had route drivers that would deliver them to you. He used to come to my office every 2 weeks.
