Does the phrase "It's Black and White" assume that black is wrong?

A distinction needs to be made. Often "Black" is used to denote Evil, but in the phrase "Black and White" it is not used that way. We all speak English here(I assume), this is not anything odd and is just one of those English situations where a word has multiple meanings.

Black and White only refers to how clearly distinguishing two subjects are from each other (hence the contrast of colors)
