have a z505 laptop... it works well enough i guess. not sure i'd bother with their desktops though. they will rape u on things like accessories or replacement batteries though.
 
They seem to be overpriced and they're not doing anything different from what you would get from, say, HP or Dell and a lower price. In fact, the components they use are nearly identical.
 
My VAIO R600 runs amazingly great. Love it.

As for desktop sod them all. I'll build my own and get what I want to my specs.
