nope, not really, just the basic touch metal part of case, then i stick my vacuum in my case and suck up all the dust 🙂
 
Never, though I do have a $15.00 anti-static wrist strap that I've never used. I always touch some part of the chassis when I'm inside a computer anyhoo. I know that the law of averages will catch-up to me one day, and I'll eat these words.

That's a tell-tale sign of absence of grounding.

You're using a two-prong cord or an ungrounded outlet aren't you?

no... It's usually the old MAC's that shock me, never really had a problem with pc's
