Follows Arnold/Ferrigno as they train for the '75 Mr. Olympia and Katz/Waller during the '75 Mr. Universe.

I just watched it this past weekend and I thought it was great. There's some really funny moments in it. Arnold has this awesome quote in it haha. You can watch the whole thing on youtube.

Yea I've seen it. What's awesome is watching Pumping Iron, and then realizing...yup....that man is the governor of the most populous state in the nation.

They are frighteningly large. Franco Columbo is shorter than I am, he's only 5'5", and he squats over 500 pounds.

I think Arnold looked a lot better than the BB'ers of today in that video. He looks huge but somehow 'natural' (I know he was on gear) in terms of his proportions. I love watching Ronnie Coleman vids as much as the next guy (LIGHT WEIGHT! YEAH BUDDY!) but I think he looks gross and weird in competitions.

Arnold talks about that in his book - The Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding - he says bodybuilders took a huge leap in size in the 60's and 70's (his era), tapered off, and now are getting huge again. He predicts this trend is going to reverse, and that they'll start getting smaller again.

My friend has that book and I've leafed through it a few times, I should borrow it and read it. Interesting idea, hopefully it comes true.

It's a good book. A lot of interesting information on different things (history of the sport, different lifts, diets, etc). It's also kinda funny to read, because you can tell it was a struggle between Arnold being Arnold and the editor trying to make it sound respectable.
