like a freak...sometimes so much its kinda scary...but i atleast know when i am doing too mucha dn am able to back off....but damn i like it
 
i try and do 4-5 miles a day 5 days out of the week and lift every other day
but i'm in summer football conditioning/weightlifting and play about 2 hours of DDR a day 🙂
 
24 Hour Fitness, couldnt have a better gym. One day, I didn't feel like being fat anymore, so I went ahead and got a 3 month membership. I lost 30lbs!!! I went from 175lbs to 145lbs in the 3 months, and from 23% bodyfat down to 14%. That was when I was 16. Now, about a year later, Im 5'8", 145lbs, 9% bodyfat. Amazing what hard work does😀 Oh yeah, I picked up a girlfriend along the way too😀
 
I go down to the gym and play pickup ball 2-3 times a week. This keeps me in good enough shape to get by until next season...

BEFORE SUMMER STARTED I WAS WORKING OUT, 5 DAYS A WEEK 2 HOURS A DAY, BUT I GOT LAZY, AND AM TRYING TO GET BACK INTO WORKING OUT..I AM ABOUT 5'11, 6FT AND WEIGH 165 ..ANY RECOMENDATIONS ON HOW I SHOULD GET BACK INTO A ROUTUINE..
