half the battle is the diet. half of the half that remains is the
psychological dimension (read motivation). if you cannot answer
why you are doing this and believe yourself then don't bother.

depending on how you define 'work out', i 'work out' 4 or 5
times per week, cardio and anaerobically. today i must've
walked 8 to 10 miles.

Haven't worked out much in a long time, did some weightlifting for a year or two a few years back.
Now all I do is walk a few miles a week and occasionally jog.

I'm doin Pro Camp High 4 days a week at my school right now so I can be ready for football when it starts. It's sponsored by Champions Fitness, and they train pro athletes and people like that. They work u like a bizatch, but it's fun ass-whooping the out of shape seniors in sprints and bear-crawls.

This summer I decided to get back in shape - workout everyday.. however to counter-act that I bum most of the day.. hehe. Let's see what happens during the school year...

I dont work out and for some reason I wake up feeling like I ran a marathon the day before. I dont want to know what I would feel like the day after I actually did work out.

300 bucks per year at Gold's gym here...i hit it up 5 times a week (one day for each major muscle group) and i also run 2 miles or so on the treadmill every day.

i am also of the feeling that shelling out money for a gym membership provides ample motivation

Yes I am... I need six people to carry me to BK, so I can have my lunch of twenty-six BK broilers. I used to eat twenty-six Whoppers with everything on them, but now I'm trying to cut down and lose some weight...

Well I have Flag Football on Sundays, Golf on Wednesdays, and Softball on Thursdays, and throw in an occassional pick up game of roller hockey. It's been 11 years since I left high school and I am within 15 pounds of my wrestling weight of 189. The psycological need to lift pound after pound has passed and I settle for sitting out by the pool for my scenery. I've always hated running and only do it when participating in sport.

<< I use my fingers to type on the keyboard, does that count? >>

lol. I don't even do that... whenever possible it's the mouse for me. That way you can slouch down in your seat and take up all manner of slothful positions.

That's hilarious! 😀

But on topic... I don't work out regularly, yet I've gained weight and muscle mass in the past 4-5 months. All I need is to eat a lot, go to a gym NOW AND THEN (not often), and my muscles are toned more than the average guy, and stronger. 😛 Nothing special though... I'm still kind of skinny, but tolerably skinny. 🙂 At the amusement park I went to today they had this thing you punch.. I got 350lbs with my punch, yay. 🙂 o ya I'm 6'0 and 145..

I used to work out a lot, but then she went back to France. . .🙁

Since then, I have been working out with weights once in a while. . .

I do 🙂

I go down to our community center and lift weights and try to run and stuff...

I look big, but need my muscles to reflect that too, and lose some flab...
