I have a shoe rack right by the entrance hallway. Switch to slippers to walk inside the house or by the garden/garage.
A lot of times barefoot in carpeted areas (living/family/bedrooms).

I'm Asian.

Besides, I change as soon as I get home because it's a lot more comfortable. Same should be true for your feet.

Never. I have a shoe mat near my front door, which is down the hall from my basement steps. I take my shoes off at the top of the steps and carry them to the mat.

For such a clean guy, I could never understand why Jerry Seinfeld wore shoes everywhere inside his apartment.

You won't find me wearing shoes, pants, or any kind of dress clothes in my house, unless we're having a party or something.

Otherwise it's shorts and a t-shirt.

I wore shoes inside until I remodeled my condo and discovered the Wood Grain Tile I installed scuffed super easy and is a pain to clean. It has a slightly rough texture and I regret installing it now. It also wears holes in my socks at a drastic rate. I tried slippers but they don't seem to last either. So now I just buy new socks every few months.

When I was in my teens I'd sleep with my shoes on sometimes. Only when I was feeling real lazy Now, I take off my shoes as soon as I get in. Picked up the habit when I lived in Asia.

I wear shoes to protect my feet when they need to be protected, for example, from bees or from gravel.
I do not have floors made out of bees or gravel, so shoes are not worn inside the house.

If I’m wearing slip ons they get slipped off as soon as I walk through the door. If I’m wearing lace ups I usually walk to the kitchen and sit down to take them off. I’m almost always barefoot in the house though.

I wear mine in the house. But then again i dont typical walk in anything that would track into the house much. I dont always wear them but i dont make a point of taking them off to not wear them inside.
