"No Ma'am, I'm sorry, but all of our officers are currently busy with real crimes and things that ACTUALLY matter"

A co-worker of mine used to be a 911 dispatcher.

"Okay sir, what's your address?"
"P.O. Box 1254, sometown" (I don't know or care what it really was)
"No sir, your street address"
"P.O. Box 1254, sometown!"
"Do you want me to mail you the ambulance sir?

Good for the operator. Dumbass woman calmly calling 911 because she "just got home from work and her daughters are fighting."

Bad mom.

Here's a working mirror of the audio: http://schnittshow.com/timages/page/media/MJScH911ShootDaughterAudio.mp3

I think it is really inappropriate for a 911 operator to joke around with anyone, but if you listen to the lady, she sort of gives off a chuckle of disbelief that her kids are fighting. Listen to where she says "I just got home from work." This probably queued the operator that the mom just wants cops present to "scare" the kids and that there was no real danger involved. Give it a good listen and check out the mom's tone BEFORE the operator makes the joke. She doesn't sound too serious, does she?

Bottom line: She needs to control her kids.

Hahaha, oh that was pretty bad on his part. He shouldn't have said that so early in the conversation. I mean, if you're going to make an off color joke, you gotta know who you are telling it to before you do it!

They should report this stupid ass lady to Social Services. Get those damn kids out of that worthless bitches house. She has about as much right to raise kids as michael jackson does.

For everyone that thinks she's a bad mother, come on... her KIDS were FIGHTING. It was an emergency and a completely proper use of 911.

 Kudos to him. That's a ridiculous thing to be bothering emergency personnel about.

If the dispatcher was thinking on his feet, when she said "It's not going to be very funny when I go in front of your supervisor" he could have said "Well who is going to watch your kids while you're there?!"

This is a perfect example of an overly emotional woman who feels that everything is out of her control. She can't control herself, she can't control her kids, and she's wasting taxpayer money by calling 911 because her kids are having a typical kid fight. A hole in the door. Wow.

To all the whining bitches saying how inappropriate his behavior was, that's just ridiculous. He was the only rational person in the whole mess. Why should the emotions of some mental wreck of a woman supercede common sense?

Maybe I should call 911 and tell them that I burned my dinner, or that I just found a dead insect on the floor. Then when someone rightfully tells me what an idiot I'm being, I'll call the PC police and raise a stink about it.

Step 1: Be a total moron
Step 2: when someone mocks you for being a total moron, call the PC police
Step 3: ???? whhaaaa
Step 4: Profit

The problem is that people in the US are getting so mean, so arrogant and so stupid, yet they hold police and others to such a high standard of professionalism when dealing with these moronic supervictims.
