Bare.

Used to do the bodyguardz on my iPhone and now Droid but realized that anything that'd be enough to scratch the screen would be enough to scratch the screen even with the skin.

Even more so since the Droid has Gorilla Glass.

You must have gotten some poor quality Bodyguardz. You do know how that stuff was developed, right?

Bestskinsever FTW. $7 full body protection. Just try to shove a pen or key through it.

Right now I go bare on my vibrant. On my BB Curve I didn't have a screen protector and the third week I had the phone I put a huge gash in the screen (cheap plastic BB crap screen).

I think he was more praising the Droid screen than dissing the Bodyguardz. Saying that the screen is so 'strong' that if anything were going to scratch it, it would have to be in such a way that it would have probably gone through cover as well.

Screen protector + Silicon case

My phone is in my pocket face down to my leg and my wallet is ontop of it.

The case and such is for when i hold it incase I drop it.

I'm surprised so many people go bare. I don't use a case but I have to use a full body skin protector.

Trust me when I say that even gorilla glass will scratch.

iPhone 4 = TPU case covering sides and back, waiting for my free Speck Pixelskin HD

Old BB Curve = nothing, I tried a silicon case but it was too hard to take out of my pocket.

I put my phone in a front pocket with nothing else, so I don't use screen protectors.

Screen protector + hard plastic/rubber case for my iPhone. I've dropped my phone from a few feet just to bounce off the corner of the case. If I hadn't had that case, my iPhone may not be as pristine as it is now.

Since my Nexus One doesn't have Gorilla Glass, I have a Clarivue screen protector on it.

Not too shabby and I'd definitely never use a full case unless the device was made of Ultra-ScratchX plastic.

Tons of people like running their phones naked and don't want to HAVE to have a case on their phone.

Tried the Zagg invisibleshield and, while I found it easy to put on without bubbles, I didn't like the feel of it in use. It feels like rubber and fingers do not glide on it. So I took it off. My Droid X has gorilla glass anyway and pretty much all the gadgets I have last forever so I don't need it.

Right, I don't have a case, I use a skin protector. I'm more surprised about people not using a skin protector.

You should try clarivue or sgpstore. Smooth as glass protectors.
