Do you use Facebook?

I heard it is not good to be too active on it for privacy reasons. Do you guys use it sparingly or are you addicts?

I use it at least once per day. I'm not much into posting things on my own profile anymore, but it's good to see what's going on in other peoples' lives, especially family.

I use it to see what my friends are up or for updating pages I manage, but I rarely post anything to my own profile.

Sparingly; I seem to use it less and less as time goes on. I'm probably on it for a total of maybe 10 minutes a week, at the very most. Maybe even half that amount of time, I dunno.

Lately, Facebook is either stupid repost pictures or political rants. Used to like sharing pictures of our daughter growing up with my folks, but not sure it's worth it anymore.

I go around and carefully like all the appropriate stuff so people don't think I'm an anti-gay, anti-gun, animal hater without a sense of humor. I post pictures whenever I occasionally do something active near water.

Never have, never will.

I'm part of a small business and it's actually one of the easiest ways to stay in contact with our supporters and mass blast events and announcements. I never got into it until then and there was a business case behind it.

Daily. Everything from coordinating runs, races and get togethers with my running club. To coordinating things with the community farm and animal rescue that I volunteer with. To communicating with businesses for support. To communicate/seeing pics of friends/family around the world. And friends like us posting pics of the dogs and places we travel to. And vice versa.

Not very different than how many people use this forum.

Ofcourse I use FB, I have family & friends scattered about and it is a wonderful way to stay close with loved ones afar. Having said that I only use it for close family and friends. I think after many years my friends list is about 30, populated as mentioned above. Personally though I rarely post...

I go on it every now and then, but don't post that much and am careful what I post.

Ex: I don't post stuff like "gone on vacation!" That's asking to get robbed.

It's a great tool for small businesses. It allows you to reach your customers on a level that had never existed before facebook came along. I also never got into until it was tied to my business but now that we have an account it allows for some great personal interaction.

For you FB fans give us a like if you get the chance!

Only have it for close friends and family. 22 friends in total. I don't use my full name and secured the hell out of it. One thing that pisses me off is that I'm constantly changing the timeline from top stores to most recent. It's utterly fucking stupid that I have to keep changing this option.
