I've found a few 'idiot' proof apps for Android that I like. They announce the exercise, provide a short video and text demonstration, and count down before announcing the next exercise. There's one for abs, glutes, and arms that I like. Obviously, there's a slew of running apps as well, but I don't like taking my large touch screen slab phone on runs. Don't think the sweat would be too good for it.
I'm curious if anyone else uses apps to aide or coordinate their fitness. I'm also looking for a good stretching coordination app, but haven't found one I like yet. Found some Yoga ones that might be good, but I'm not willing to pay for them without some experience with the app first. A demo version or some such.
