Lots of truth there! (Sarcasm) I can't believe all the people that actually are beginning to expect tips for things. Delivery people making squat that deliver your pizza to you, tip. A waitress at a restaurant who gives good service and always makes sure your drink is filled, good tip. A waitress who gives crappy service, haha, maybe $1 tip just to show her.

The cable guy had some rough time setting up all the wires in our place, and was working quite hard to finally get it all right, he was also very nice while doing so. I wanted to tip him but he refused, and said its against company policy to accept tips. So I guess you don't need to tip the cable guy.
