we already have an American flag, and since we are neighbours, i was wondering why we don't have one. Its not a big deal if never get one, i was just curious.

The reason the American Flag was put in was because of September 11th. It wasn't avaiable before.
 
This has been posted many times. Usually over in Forum Issues. The last I heard was that if they added a Canadian Flag, they would have to add many other countries' flags. And if I remember correctly the "It's not going to happen" MOD stepped in and ended the discussion.

Grommit - Then people would want AMD and Intel logos, and that would just plain be a bad idea. company logos are just not going to happen.

I would so love that. Zuni, you're a Canadian aren't you? This is not a slippery slope kind of thing, the U.S. and Canada must be the #1 and #2 location of posters at AT. Let us represent. 🙂

I think that's just a rumor.

Okay you know nothing little bastards. We do use out dated leopards, they have the C2 mod, which makes them the best cold environement heavy vehicle in the world. Admitedly they dont hold there own againsst most main battle tanks in temperate environverements. How ever, in Arctic environments they'll out run and out gun any other machine out there.

Now add the new Coyotes into the mix. These are the newest and best LAV's any one has seen. With a force of Coyotes backed up by Leopards You have a stand off battle group that'll make any sensible person pause.

I had to say it man. I'm tired of arrogance directed towards Canadians when its based on nothing more than ignorance and money.

Do you know that the average Canadian sailor is worth about ten of his US counterparts? Those guys really suck when it comes to being sailors. Thats why you can spend 20 years in the Canadian Navy without advancing too far in rank. Thats why the Americans activelly try to recruit us. Most of us dont go over however.

I'd rather be a low ranked Canadian sailor than buy a high rank selling myself to another country.
 
Yea, old issue, but I'd like a Canadian flag. Hell, we should have the choice of any nations flag, probably become a bandwidth issue though.
