so no one likes Invasion, eh? I've been loving the show. I watch it right after Lost.
And like Lost, it seems to be a large analogy of some sort, and if not, the alien invasion is a sub-plot to the struggles of the characters. i like it, got a great story and it keeps getting better. last couple of episodes have been amazing.

I only caught about four episodes, but it looks interesting. My six year old loves the baby dragon! I gotta set TIVO to manual cause it says something else is on SciFi at that time. Hope it comes out on DVD soon.

NBC is billing it as the Series Finale but Lake Bell hinted on The Today Show this morning that it could be brought back for a second season.

It'll be back next season 🙂 My wife and I love it and Invasion. These shows are SOOOOO much better than all this fake ass reality TV. I've been sick of that stuff for years. It's nice to actually have a plot and story going on.

It seemed that a few weeks ago they were pitching it as if it were coming to an end, a "series finale". Then they back-pedalled and started counting down to the "SEASON finale."

According to the most recent published interview with young star Carter Jenkins they left the set not knowing if it would be picked up for a second season. Anyway that's the official word. My view is: ratings are weak, and production costs are on the high side. They already know it's not going to be renewed but stating that prior to this episode would just cause another hit in the ratings before calling it off.

They had BETTER bring it back. The storyline was just awesome and even with the cheesy special effects I was still "pulled in" to the acition.
