Your right she shouldn't be subjected she should embrace your perverted ways!

Why should she embrace your corrupted ways? You need to see a psychologist if you think being a pervert is ok.

Don't start this assinine argument again. Stop preaching your beliefs and accept the fact that some people like sex. Hell, you may even like sex, but of course, you would have to get laid first.
Methinks oniq is just stirring the sh*t.....again.

Okay, no need for personal attacks there, buddy. :| My girlfriend and I are quite happy with the sex WE have. Why should I care for other people having sex? Thats twisted.

Once again, this may not apply to you, but I'll ask. If your sig. other disapproved of porn or chatting with others, would you lie to her about it and not allow her to look on your computer and say its matter of privacy?

I don't have an SO, problem solved. I guess.

Get off your high horse and quit being concerned about others choice to look at porn. That was my point.

I don't go looking through my wife's computer, wallet, or purse and likewise she does not go searching through my computer or wallet. It is a simple respect of personal space.

My wife is a walking computer hazard; she knows better than to get within spitting distance of my computer. She has her own computer which she can fsck up to her heart's content. That being said, no, I don't hide anything from her and we don't mistrust each other either. If we couldn't have trust and respect for each other, we wouldn't be married.

If you think masturbation is perverted, I think you're the one that needs counselling.

Besides, if she was snooping on your computer and found porn, she subjected HERSELF to it, not the other way around.

Right, I'm glad you all have as much trust in your SOs as I do. However, if you're not doing anything questionable and you have so much trust, and let's say you were completely comfortable with your SOs ability to not mess up your computer settings, why are you so adamant about your privacy? Almost seems defensive.

in college, I had all my porn password protected (my friends would have thanked me for it if they knew... as if they'd want to open up my gay porn by accident. lol).

no passwords on my home pc, though, since I'm the only one with access to it.

I don't hide anything from HayZeus. He knows who I talk to, e-mail, etc. We both like porn, so that's no biggie. I think there's something wrong with the relationship if you feel the need to hide something from the other person.

There is two concepts here - openness and trust, and they are the complementary to each other.

Openness is all well and good, but I'm trusting her not to snoop in my stuff, regardless of what she may find. I trust her and I don't go snooping through her stuff. I expect the same in return.

If she's snooping, the relationship is dead in the water because she has no trust.

I don't necessarily agree. I mean if you have a fetish for, say, farm animals, and it's not causing you any problems, and you never actually engage in it, but you dream about goats in a naughty manner, do you think that your SO will really benefit from that knowledge?

Maybe it's just me, but don't you think you're in the wrong by hiding something? If you want to watch porn or engage in AIM coversations with other females/males, then tell your sig. other you are doing so and deal with it at that point. If they don't want you to watch porn or engage in conversations with other people, then either tell them to fvck off and deal with it, or stop hiding things from them.

Hiding things is basically lying IMHO.

AGREED.

And SOME people wonder why divorce rate is like up to 60%+ now.

Look, If I tell my SO, that I don't want him to look at any kiddie porn, it would be wrong for him to try to hide them from me.

I would not invade his privacy to look for them, because I'm going to trust him not to do it. Now, if I accidently catches him watching it. I'll explode.

You shouldn't have to tell a person to not look at kiddie porn. :)

Well, let's say if we are dating, and after awhile, you told me that you love looking at rape fantasy pics. And If I have no problem with that as long as it's just a fantasy. Then you won't be hiding anything from me. ;)

(Oh yeah, you'll have to tell your wife about our relationship thou)

Nope, but I have had a couple very long relationships (longer then some peoples marriages) and they did NOT end because of lying, cheating, or not being honest with each other.
Does not take a genius to see that doing any of those things are wrong, and trying to tell yourself they are not should be your first sign that it is.
