But yes, I do think there are natural body types and some people are simply born with the tendency to gain weight more easily. They can still do something about it but it's a lot harder than, say, those guys who weigh 150 lbs no matter how much junk food they eat.
Lastly, I'd rather be fat and healthy than thin and unhealthy. Better to eat right and exercise and still weigh too much than to be lazy and eat shit for food and stay skinny because you have the genes for it. Those people may look thin but they're not necessarily healthy.
