do you teens-20somethings lose a lot of hair in the shower ?

does hair that falls off ever grow back? I noticed that when I pluck a white hair out it always comes back.

Damn, I hope it does, I'm 25 and my hair seems to be thinning.

I'm 33, and I do not have a receding hairline (I look pretty much the same as I did when I was 23, except I have a few more lines around my eyes). I still see a few hairs in the shower, but it's relatively few.

Ever live with a woman? If so, take a good look at the carpet from an angle, and you'll see a haze of hair where you didn't vacuum...

Only the gray ones grow back...

I dont know how much I loose but one of my friends sheds like a freggin dog. Today when she came to class her back (blonde and wearing a very.. um 'nice' black shirt) was quite a mess. The hair stood out a lot. I dont really care how fast i loose my hair though myself, I have plenty of it right now, im only 19...and we end up loosing it eventually anyway!!!

It's normal to lose up to 10 hairs a day. I usually lose a bit more, but most of it doesn't come from my head.
