I take:
Vitamin A
Vitamin B
Vitamin C
Vitamin D
Vitamin E
Flaxseed Oil
Iron

You should skip the flaxseed oil, you're not poultry (i don't think you are at least) so a very small amount of it will actually be converted into EFA's that your body can use.

And you should probably add Magnesium to that if you're the least bit physically active and zinc if you're sexually active.

Cluck, I mean, uh, thanks for the input.

I do go to the gym most days, so I'll add in the magnesium. As for the other thing, well, I'll certainly add the magnesium. 😛

Your body can dissolve any multivitamin and it's a lot better to take one which has a chance of absorbtion.

I don't notice anything from MV's, if i need a pick me up i get some Behepan, 1000 X your daily need of vitamin B12 and increase my caffeine intake.

It's also a lie that your body can't use synthetic vitamins, apart from vitamin E (the absorbrion rate is around 30% for that and no one really knows why) it treats them the exact same as if they come from any other source.

So overdosing them isn't a bright idea either, vitamins in too large amounts counteract the minerals and even each other and a too high intake can actually lead to vitamin/mineral deficiencies.

I cant dissolve horse pill multis (non chewable) because I do not have a large intestine. It will come out looking the same way it went in. :\
