No.. I married (and divorced) one, have zero interest in contact another that I dated.. and pretty much all the rest are married.
 
I only dated 2 girls in HS, both relationships lasting for at least 1.5 years - I don't talk to either of them, haven't done so in over a decade (I'm 32). The one actual "crush" that I had...I told her about it years later in college and by then I wasn't attracted to her. She's still a friend and I see her when I'm in Houston.
 
Yes and no.

One girl I dated in junior high I do. We dated a few times on and off as adults but my drinking messed that up. Id marry her today if she said yes.

Other than that, nope. High school sucked and I don't want to relive it.
