You should also be aware that in my particular case should someone driving recklessly ever cause a crash which I am a part of (but can walk away from) I will probably beat you until you are crippled if not kill you outright for endangering the lives of innocents. So go ahead and do what you want, but realize that if you cause a wreck through your actions you may end up dead, even if the crash doesn't kill you.

I don't find the two mutually exclusive. I applaud those who remove threats to others. We applaud criminals being removed. We applaud vaccines to diseases. We applaud soldiers removing our enemies. I find those that drive recklessly to be a threat to the safety of innocents, and therefore I will applaud their removal and consider those that do so to be good people. *shrug* just the way I feel about it.

It's a bit of a leap to go from "applauding their removal" to "beating them until they're crippled"

i generally move w/ traffic on the freeways. if traffic is speeding, then i'll speed. however, that depends on my mood.

i'll speed to pass people on the left on a 2 lane road, to get out of the left lane quickly.

down residential or local streets, i never speed.

i never drive recklessly.

All drivers think that they are an above-average driver.

Half of them are wrong.

Only in the most dire emergencies would I ever consider speeding, and then I would do so with focus and awareness so as to prevent as much recklessness as possible. You see, I'm a good person and as such I don't believe I have the right to threaten the lives of countless innocent people by screwing around in an automobile. As the poll is demonstrating most of you are ignorant, egocentric, self-centered, worthless wastes of human flesh who should have your licenses permanently revoked, if not serve jail time or execution for your determined potential attacks upon others. But hey, I'd expect nothing more from the general populace.

I agree, except for the jail time. They should all be executed. Repeatedly.

just stay right and you can do whatever you want. thanks

To all those with this attitude, people with our attitude generally try to, wherever feasible.

You should also be aware that in my particular case should someone driving recklessly ever cause a crash which I am a part of (but can walk away from) I will probably beat you until you are crippled if not kill you outright for endangering the lives of innocents. You're the gift that keeps on giving. :D

I try. Kinda feeling feisty this morning, saw no reason to hold back. What the heck, let everyone enjoy the day.

Next time...do us all a favor and hold back.

There are things farm more dangerous than speeding that most people do with regularity. In short, driving inattentively and impeding the flow of traffic are likely to cause an accident. Moderate speeding alone without aggressive driving is unlikely to cause an accident.

I speed, but I'm never reckless, and I only speed when it's just me in the car. I never put anyone else's lives in danger.

I half agree with you. All drivers think they are above average drivers. Since this cannot be a true statement, then the opposite must be true. All drivers are shitty drivers. Kinda like religion. They can't all be true, so given no way to absolutely determine which one is correct, they must all be false.
