Always nekkid in my own bed, I'll keep the boxers on or bring a pair of shorts if I'm staying at somebody's house.
 
how the f*** is it more healthier. your sheets become your underwear. and underwear is changed atleast once a day. whereas your sheets generally aren't. never mind how much people sweat during sleep. now your sheets are mopping up all that sweat alone. arg..
 
Our newest kitten for some reason really liks being under the covers. So it is pretty important for me to not have things just hanging out.

Boxers, minimum.
 
naked every night unless I have a guest or I'm at someone else's home, then I'll throw on some boxers or gym shorts.
