Do you sleep naked?

I prefer to sleep naked whenever I can, it's less restrictive, healthier and sometimes more convenient.

You're assuming we know or remember what you look like.

I usually sleep with just a t-shirt on...that's it. I find that it better facilitates touching myself at night if I'm not wearing anything below the waist.

To answer the "healthier" question: I don't know, but I think it has something to do with allowing your body to be more naturally aspirated... breathes easier... I feel as if my boxers are always in the way so they're usually off... :shifty:

edit: ahh.. so being MORE comfortable allows for better sleep, hence healthier.

Same. And I really can't remember the last time I have worn any clothes to bed. I have slept naked since I was a teenager (32 now). If I do happen to have boxers, a t-shirt, or even socks on when I crawl into bed, I just can't fall asleep. It is very uncomfortable and I'll toss and turn until I take said clothes off.
