'All Yawl'

Correct. Plural is indeed "all y'all". Cunning Linguists have been puzzled by this for years.

Y'alls = singular possesive

Sometimes. Born and raised in Minnesota and didn't start saying "y'all" until I spent some time in the Army. Lots of Southerners in the military.

That's what my co-worker (a Vegas transplant) said. Pretty soon we'll have him drinking sweet tea.

It really is convenient and easy to use in casual conversation. In business or more formal surroundings I don't use it (and never ever actually write it down in correspondence, casual or otherwise.) But for everyday conversation it's ideal as you can say it much more quickly.
