Well, since the subject came up again, I thought I'd share that my husband and his sister both got bit by spiders when we were on vacation last month! It may or may not have been Brown Recluse... my father in law saw a show on Discovery where they used electric shock to cure people from the bite, so just to be on the safe side, we rigged a weed eater to shock my husband's leg with. I had the job of pulling the cord on the weed eater to generate the charge. I am NOT making this up!!!!

I will upload some pics of his wound a little later tonight.

Oh, besides the spider bite, my husband got covered with poison ivy. He's been on augmentin, prednisone, and zyrtec for over a week now. Isn't getting back to nature great? 😀 As for me... I got covered with chigger bites. 😛
