You are correct,I would also agree it is the average, for someone not horribly out of shape. But say, for, the overweight people, it isn't the average.

2-3 miles, thats alot of running.
1 mile is all I need to wake up my body. Running in the hot sun and coming in to take a cold shower makes going to school/work easier.![]()
