Good point. This only applies when you die peacefully (in your sleep). When you are in combat, the adrenaline prevents you from pooping when you die.

That makes sense that it could happen because iirc from a discovery channel show, men are in a constant state of arousal and your brain has to actively keep you from getting a boner.

Good point. This only applies when you die peacefully (in your sleep). When you are in combat, the adrenaline prevents you from pooping when you die.
