I have never used it myself, but I know a lot of people who hit snooze multiple times before actually getting up. To me this is like adopting a system to get less sleep. Wouldn't it be better to remain asleep until you need to get up, instead of interrupting your sleep earlier than necessary?
I get that there are times when you just don't need to get up when you thought you did, but to use it on a regular basis... I don't know why you wouldn't just set the alarm for a later time, then get up when it goes off.
