every morning and night. i started using oil of olay crap because i want to make sure i have healthy skin before its too late.
I have found even if your skin is naturally oily (like mine) it is so very benifitial to use a oil-free moistruizer all year round... whether guy or girl!

Lotions like Aveeno, Olay, and Lubriderm and a few others leave your skin soft to the touch without leaving a greasy feeling whatsoever 😉

If your skin isn't naturally dry, dove does a good job at least maintaining skin moisture, to a certain extent. Unlike Ivory, which is totally cracktastic.
