We were originally planning on getting another foam pad to put on it and hopefully duplicate the pillow-top effect, but it is so comfortable that we haven't bothered. I can't vouch for the longevity yet, but it is definitely very comfortable. I think it's rated as plush. I was originally worried it might be too soft, but it seems to have plenty of support.

RossMan did his Costco cheerleading as always in this thread.

Haha good thread, over a year old!

Since you bought a King, did you order online? How much was s&h?

Nope, they had them in stock at the Costco in Medford.

yup got a sealy posturepedic. can't cheap out on a matress, u spend a lot of ur life sleeping if u think about it🙂 its nice a heavy, and spring density is decently high. sleeping on cheap matresses at motels and stuff just isn't the same. dunno about the spring count and all that stuff for the costco versions though.

I did a rough calculation once..and for every 60 years of your live, you spend about 17 years sleeping, give or take a year depending on how much you actually sleep.

I've got a Simmons Beautyrest® that I've had for about 16yrs & it's held up well.
Doesn't sag, but it does have to be flipped every so often.
It was the "Seville" model, about middle of the line.
Don't get the hardest or softest model that they sell.

I had one before this one that was extra firm, it was just too firm.
The mattress before that one was a cheap POS that started sagging
after about 2yrs.
Just don't pay full retail, they seem to have a large mark-up.
