he's speaking about ethyle alcohol, of which there is only one type, and one taste. in the various types of liquors produced for consumption, ethyl alcohol is distilled using different methods from different sources. While this produces distinct characteristics, further purification of the ethanol will still leave only one type of chemical structure

It's them zeolites that makes it taste sure good.
I'll be sure to ask fer'em next time I buy.
