Classical music is the root of all good music, so I don't know how you can't like ANY of it. Sure, maybe you don't like certain movements...or you don't like Russian composers, but I can guarantee that everybody should have at least one piece they can enjoy.

Personally, I love classical, although I don't listen to it enough anymore. Are there any good DVD or DVD-A/SACD classical recordings? It'd be nice to sit and be immersed in my speakers and classical for a while...I might get tired of my current concert discs.

Before, I had less trouble studying to classical music. As I liked it more and more it became harder. Oh well. I sort of listen to random things while studying... or I end up not listening to anything for the hardcore studying.

I listen to it for pure enjoyment now (though not all the time).

I like some classical music. A lot of it is boring, but the reallt good stuff is fantastic. So complex and layered; its beautiful.

I think I'll go listen to Arrival of the Queen of Sheba now.

Wo0t! three oboes wailing away, I like it. :D

Anyway, even I, a "classical" music junkie, thinks some of it sucks, much like a fan of any other genre thinks some of it sucks.
