From weight lifting? Most I lift is 3-4x a week. The other days are usually either light cardio (active recovery) or nothing.

And now it appears I have a new personal trainer. Called the boy after school, told him I was going to hit the gym before soccer. He wants to know if I'm going to lift. Why, I ask? "Because you need that more than the elliptical." Cheeky little......this.
with weekday activities, crazy bedtimes, busy weekends and early work meetings, i am already sacrificing sleep to maintain my 3 on 1 off schedule.
My typical schedule is 3 days on, 1 day off. Any more than that and I'm usually too sore & tired to keep having good workouts.
