Lactose free milk is OK, and doesn't taste bad, but I'm bummed at how expensive it is.

I never puked because of lactose...

yeah but its not just milk itself.

Think about it, cheesebugers, taco bell with sour cream, nachos with all the googies, ice cream. Pasta with some cream sauce.. etc etc

You have to watch out for those little things otherwise you get sick.

Even things you dont even think about.. Pancakes.. the mixture requires milk.

I have IBS instead of lactose intolerance. Started showing in my late teens. Not much I can do for that either.
I'm suppose to stay away from a lot of types of foods, but I usually just eat whatever and suffer later.

asians are the most lactose intolerant people, they lack an enzyme....oddly enough I was just thinking about htis today...I've always been mildly lactose intolerant...until the last few weeks, I"ve been drinking milk constantly....and it seems to actually be fading...no more explosive deuces

Hmmm...Interesting. If it gets worse I'd probably ask my doc to prescribe it to me to try. So far, I've only had 2 or 3 really bad problems where I needed to go the hospital.

I drank milk everyday, twice a day, for 15 years until one day I couldn't drink it anymore. Now, any cheese or dairy product will result in me making the toilet my best friend.
