your room must be pretty loud then. i'm guessing the middle fan is a crotch cooler

Well as for the center fan, it does have that secondary effect "lap cooler" but it provides a lot more airflow, and yes i have 2 cats but they are scairt i think so the stay out of there.
as for noise the Zalmans are on quite and the center fan spins at 900 rpm so it is actually quieter.and talk about great airflow.

Here's my pc. It's the FX-53 rig from my sig. I added a 120mm side fan blowing on the cpu/vid card. It lowered cpu temps about 8c idle and load.
