Do you have a joint that you can "pop" constantly?

Many joints in my back. 🙁

I imagine I'm going to have pretty severe back problems when I get older.

2 things make the pop sound
one is gas bubblebeing released from synovial fluid
the other is tendons moving over a piece of bone (imagine wraping a rubber band around your hand, and then when you make a fist, it sort of "pops" as it goes acrosss your knuckles from one side to the other.

It's easier to tell you what I can't regularly pop:

My jaw, it usually does it by itself maybe once a month and that's frequent for it.

Every other joint I can pop whenever I want.

clockwise left wrist......it was sorta bad but after weightlifting alot my left wrist got worse.....

sometimes when i try and pop my shoulder my sternum makes a poping sound and it disturbs me.....i dunno what the hell would pop around my sternum

Lol. When I was in band, I played a really high note and I felt something in the front of my neck pop. It freaked me out.

Yep, right ankle and knee here. I actually punch the inside of my right knee to get it back into place if I've been sitting funny.

LOL! I'll open a chiropractic facility where I punch my patients into proper skeletal alignment. Whatever works I guess 🙂

That reminds me of Homer's chiropractic practice with the garbage can. Anyways, I can pop both my ankles by moving them up and down.

i can crack both of my elbows, by making a fist & straightening the arm out.

my neck, by sinking my head low and raising my shoulders.

something unique sofar from what i've seen is that i can crack my breastplate in the middle of my chest every 10 minutes or so, or just whenever i feel a buildup of pressure. but i think i'm developing some sort of arthritic pain in the past couple months. it's becoming hard to sleep on my side.

too many to list...

both my wrists, my jaw, my shoulder, my toes, my fingers (not so much of a crack as a "joints slipping" though)

several

i'll be in a wheel chair soon , or using a walker

I can't really pop my fingers at all, but several of my fingers on my left hand get "trigger finger." My finger(s) stick straight out, and I can't move them for a little bit. That's what I get for working on the damn computer for so long :disgust:.
