On more popping enthusiasm, I can pop what feels all of my lumbar pretty easily. Just like my ankle, I do that when I sense a buildup of "pressure." It's really quite annoying, and my chiropractor thinks I need lifetime visits to "cure" it ;)

My left knees does it ...hurt like a motha for about 10 minutes after also.

I cannot pop any of my lumbar area. I had several stress fractures all up and down that area from soccer, and any time I try to pop it, I pinch a nerve.

No.

My joints only 'pop' once. Then I have to go roll another one ;)

Don't lie. They pop constantly because buy cheap stuff and suck at finding all the seeds ;)

I am the incredible popping man :D I constantly have to pop and crack my back, neck and sometimes jaw. Often I will have to pop my right knee also. I have to kind of kick outward and it will pop and feel better. Sounds worse than it is half the time I don't even realize I'm doing these things.

Yep, right ankle and knee here. I actually punch the inside of my right knee to get it back into place if I've been sitting funny.

LOL! I'll open a chiropractic facility where I punch my patients into proper skeletal alignment. Whatever works I guess :)

I hit the inside of my right knee with the side of my right hand. I make sure I'm not standing on my right leg so I don't hurt anything in my knee. It works. :)
