Using a keyboard due to slow key release or inadvertent repeating of keys.
FilterKeys and StickyKeys in Accessibility Options.

Holding down two or more keys at the same time.
StickyKeys.
 
worse yet, is that sometimes when im typing a paper and im thinking, i will start tapping random keys. every once in a while ill hit the shift key five times and that stupid sticky keys thing will pop up. annoys the hell out of me.
