Condiments? Steak juice and a1.

Best baked tater? 425 degrees for one hour. Rub liberally with oil and kosher salt before hand. Do not poke holes!!!

I used to always avoid poking holes, until I had a tater explosion. It took a while to clean up that mess. Now I do poke a few holes, and the oil makes the skin really crispy, and I generally only add a little EVOO, green onions, sea salt and pepper to the finished product.
