I was wondering if when you guys eat sweet potatoes if you eat the skin or not... it just seems weird to me to eat the skin.

Yes, I eat sweet potatoes. I also include the skin in my meal.

TRUE STORY: I've been eating them ever since I was a kid because my dad tricked me and called sweet potatoes, "cookies."

As long as they come out of the oven all soft with marshallows on top of them and nuts down in them. I won't eat them if they cruch. Sweet potatoes ain't s'posed to crunch. Doritoes are s'posed to crunch.

I love 'em. My mom just tosses them in the oven until they're soft inside and the skin is crispy, and I break one in half and eat the whole thing. It's a very popular winter food in Japan.

I just ate a mango and left the skin on for once. I usually take it off, but it's messy so I left it on and it tasted like apple skin pretty much. Probably where all the vitamins are. :)

Sweet potatoes are good...generally with butter as I'm not fond of marshmallows. I'm not much of one for the skin, either, although I don't hate it.

Yes==Quite frequently. I don't mind the skin--it's a very thin layer anyway. Fried sweet potato chips are really good, but gotta watch the "fried stuff" intake . . . :(
