I exercise precisely because I don't want to have to eat healthy! Eat whatever the hell I want, work off the calories later. I know the drawbacks of this approach, I just don't care very much. Had chinese buffet for lunch yesterday then ran 6 miles last night. For me it is worth it.

I need to start running, but I'm still trying to lose some more weight before I go for a jog. I'm down from 245-250 to 228-230 now since the 1st of the year. Once I get below 220 I'm going to start running. So far I just try to pump out as many push ups and pull ups I can along with various stretching and other exercises. Big thing has been portion control and what I eat. I'm a big guy, never really been hugely fat though. My frame hides weight incredibly well. Wide shoulders, big chest, thick legs. I should find a leg press and see if I can still crack out 800lbs no issue.

I do 15 minutes of cardio and 30-45 minutes of lifting 3-5 times a week. I don't eat 100% crap but I do love my pizza, pasta, and cheeseburgers, so I've got definition but I'm not as cut as i used to be.

Semi-healthy, I don't exercise these days but I walk a fair amount during the week so that helps some. Can't really go for runs/hikes anymore due to some inflamed tendons around my ankles making it painful to do any sort of fast/strenuous walking. Should probably work on getting that issue alleviated. :hmm:

Mostly. Skim milk and raisin bran for breakfast, chili or chicken with rice or a deli sandwich for lunch most days, and chili or chicken/rice dish for dinner.

30 minutes on the elliptical 3-4 times a week. When I get moved into my new apartment I'll be hitting the fitness center there too.

Nope...and nope.

We rarely eat fast food, or any restaurant food for that matter, but we do eat lots of fried foods and baked goods...and since I got hurt, exercise is just another nasty eight-letter word.

Yes.

Usually my day looks like this:

Oatmeal for breakfast
Good sized lunch (skip the high carb stuff)
Soup for dinner
Celery/pickles/whole wheat bagel/oatmeal for a snack
60-80 minutes of treadmill
10-20 minutes of stretching

I don't actively try to eat healthy, but I usually end up with a fairly balanced diet anyway. I also practice kendo for two hours, two to three days a week.

I don't really care about what I eat because I work out. Go to the gym 3-4 times a week. It's an absolute waste to go more than 3-4 times a week.

I wouldn't say that it's an "absolute waste" but I see your point. There are those guys in the gym that are always there when I'm there. It can't be that their schedule coincides with mine all the time. They're pretty good, physically but there's more to life than just pumping iron. :) But whatever rocks your boat.

I eat like garbage, anything I want at all times. But I also work out at least an hour a day about 6 days a week.

My eating is a little chaotic. I tend to eat healthy with fastfood or other nasty stuff thrown in between.

I don't go to the gym but I play hockey one a week, probably gonna be twice but august. Summer I try to bike 3-4 times a week (XC or urban).

I'm 5-10 and 175...I was 165 a year ago and trying to get back there by the end of the year.

I've never ate right but I used to work out enough. Now I just work, and it's literally killing me. I don't even have to go to a gym... I have a perfect flight of stairs to use and I don't even do that.

for my daily exercise, i type at 80 wpm instead of my usual 60 wpm, but thats only if i have a big lunch

other days i'll go on some brisk walks, but nothing crazy, for like 3 miles or so.
i eat whatever i want for the most part. but i generally will crave healthy food for a few days after eating unhealthy

Work out at least 6 days a week. Eat healthy but I don't deprive myself of a dessert or snack.

God doesn't appreciate it when you try to beat his master plan. You will be the next to die from throat cancer because he's ironic like that :hmm:

My eating isn't as healthy as it could be, but it's not bad.
I workout 5 days a week and run or use the exercise bike in the morning every day.

Yep I only eat out a few times a month, if that. I lift heavy 3 days a week and do 3 hours of MMA 3 days a week and I'm working on getting up early enough to get an hour of running in every day before work(This is going to be hell bucause I hate running and getting upoearly).

I eat healthier than I use to. I make my own food for the most part, rarely drink soda, and cut back on the beer. I quit my gym membership because it was too damn crowded and I couldn't get on the squat rack. But instead I go to a personal trainer that my work provides twice a week. I also do some for of physical activity 3-4 other days a week. Typical week:

M - Workout with Trainer
T - Rest or go for run/bleachers at local CC
W - Workout with Trainer
T - Rock climbing at indoor wall (also going for a hike today to test out my new D-SLR)
F - Rest day
S - Jog 3 miles up extremely steep hill/hike/surf/beach volleyball. Some days i'll do more than one of these.
S - Same as Saturday.

I find getting out and doing some form of fun physical activity (with friends) is much more enjoyable and rewarding than going to the gym. I'm 28, 6'1 and weigh 160. Some may say I'm underweight, but I use to weigh 135 in college, so meh.

That routine's pretty good.

Its working alright. Dropped 15lbs in about 5 weeks, while eating well, not being hungry, and not working out that much. I'll be glad to get into my new apartment though, I can start lifting some weights too

I do some kind of cardio (run several miles, workout on the elliptical at the gym if the weather sucks or play soccer) three or four times per week. I'm far from a fitness nut but I've found that I feel like crap if I'm totally sedentary.

Healthy eating varies wildly. I'm generally pretty good during the week and pretty bad during the weekend.

I eat healthier than most and workout 3-4 times a week. However, I'm trying to get back into shape currently after not working out over the winter very much. You'd think I was hibernating or something this winter. Been at it consistently for almost 3 months now. Lost a waist size and around 8 lbs so far.
