Sadly no. The combination between much work and a busy schedule makes it very hard to have time for a healthy diet.

uhm id say i do ok, im not big into fruits/veggies but i try to eat the ones i do like frequently, usually eat try to eat only pork & chicken, only eat red meats maybe 1x a week. don't eat "junk food" and only eat out maybe 1x-2x a week and its either mexican or pizza/wings. drink only juices + waters. only 'soda' i drink is with cocktails usually.

I do enjoy beer, so i'll have a couple every few nights sometimes every night =-O

far as exercise goes, me and the wife take a 2 mile or so walk around the lake where we live every night or so if we can. other then that I might use the treadmill a few days a week.

Now I do. Recently completed loosing the 110th pound. 340lbs to 230lbs in 11 months.

I do yoga MWF.
Either Spin or road ride TThurs
TThurs - I life weights too.

30-60 mile road ride on Sat.
Weights on Sunday
