do you eat at Chipotle?

I've never bothered to eat there. Where I live I could eat at a different local Mexican restaurant everyday and wouldn't have to repeat for years.

Good stuff. I go there fairly often (Thursday is Chipotle day at the office). Not really expensive when you think about it in comparison to other places, and it is better food than a lot of fast food joints too.

I've only been there once or twice. I like it ok, but the stars haven't aligned for me to go there more often. There's a better Mexican place that's closer to home, so I go there.

It's because Caucasian people are retarded dipshits with no taste buds. MCDonalds is constantly voted America's best fries, and Chipotle stays packed. MCDonald's has some of the worst food ever, and honestly if they started serving Mexican I'd eat there before I'd eat at Chipotle.

somebody flip on the light and make the retards scatter.

Agreed. You'd be hard pressed to find a better meal for under $10 around here. That said, I go else where when I want tacos. I only ever order bowls from Chipotle.

The burritos were bigger, tasted better, and were cheaper. At least that is my experience.

you know i have noticed that. I could never eat all of one burrito, i would be full and could not choke down another bite. but now its not a problem.

I can't remember going to Chipotle back in 2006, but did they advertise calorie counts back then? Maybe they downsized because they didn't want meals to be pushing 1,200-1,500 calories.

aren't you caucasian? You've claimed this, and you've called yourself a red head before.

do you hate the fact that you are not black or something?

I've always wondered this.

Pretty sure he does. From most of his posts, you'd swear he was doing his best to convince himself he was born in the hood.
Well, perhaps he was, and hates whiteys as much as his neighbors did. :\

It is decent. It is consistent like fast food but more fulfilling (ie feels more like a good meal). A safe bet when traveling. Though my preference is Freebirds over Chipotle.

Some people get frothy at the mouth with strange anxiety over the fact that it isn't authentic enough or doesn't have enough Mexican people eating there but I find both of those strange arguments to make. Food is food either you like it or you don't authenticity plays no role there.

Amen!

I go there probably once every two weeks or so. There is one reasonably close to my work, its convenient, tastes decent (though not mexican), and I can control fairly accurately the Calorie count of the meal. The nutrition aspect, is somewhat important, given that only large chains publish nutrition information here and I can get a heaping bowl of food there for ~800 Calories.

There are far better local options for peel 'n eat burritos. I suppose it's a matter of where you live. If going out for lunch means cruising down the Miracle Mile and deciding between Wendy's, Taco Bell, Burger King and the rest, then I suppose Chipotle doesn't look half bad.

Their stock just increased over 16% and is now over $500/share! That's doing a lot better than some of the big tech stocks out there. Are they doing so well because their food is actually that good or good marketing?

CMG

This makes me so freaking sick. I had an opportunity to buy in their IPO at $36/share. Passed on it because at the time I thought it was overpriced (analyst estimates suggested $20/share).
