Do you care about postcount now?

I remeber when I used to post half because of the content and half because of postcount. It was like major e-penis+++ at that time 😀

Nowadays I don't really care all that much about my actual postcount, and more about actually reading the thread.

So do you care about postcount?

I don't think the postcount really matters, although it seems like all the people with high postcounts know each other or something.

High post count matters somewhat if you're a longtime member. I think it gives new members someone to sort of "look" up to and know who to ask questions or whatnot. For selling, it's a big time help if you've been a member for 5+ years and have 5000+ posts, as it adds a bit of a welcome feeling for first-time buyers who have never purchased from a regular board like this before.

I see having a low post count, but long term of being a member is far more important than a high post count. A sad fvcktard who posts 100 posts a day surely means they don't spend time thinking abotu what they want to say and are sually saying things like 'spider' 'because you touch yourself at night' or some equally puerile crap. Having said that, there's nothing wrong with irritating the odd whiney bitch every so often...
